What are the payment methods?

At each reception desk for each activity, you will be able to pay cash or with bancontact and by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Is the park with easy access?

We are 15 minutes away from Mons and 45 minutes from Brussels or Lille. Access to the site is easy thanks to the E19 and A27 motorways and the “Belgium Cable Park” & “My Little Forest” traffic signs.

Is there a car park?

Our car park, located at the entry of the park, can accommodate up to 200 cars. If the car park is full when you arrive, you can make use of the parking places in the nearby streets.

Is the staff trained?

Supervision, briefings, trainings, first aid: our staff is trained in the most appropriate way so that they assure you a maximum security while you are enjoying your day at the park.

How much time should I plan the make the best out of the park?

It all depends on the number of activities you want to complete! But we advise to plan a minimum of 3 hours to enjoy the best of your day in our park…


Are reservations required?

Generally, if you respect the opening hours and days accessible to visitors (families, friends,..), you do not need to reserve.
However, reservations are required for bigger groups (starting from 10 people) such as school groups, team buildings & bachelor(ette) parties.


Can I come with my dog?

Unfortunately, dogs are from now on forbidden in our leisure park (from 1 June – 30 September). In fact, we grew tired of cleaning the pets droppings since their owners did not do it by themselves.


What happens in bad weather conditions?

We organize activities that remain fully possible in bad weather conditions. In fact, we keep in mind that we live in Belgium! However, in the event of a storm, the activity will stop for a while to maintain the participants’ safety.

Is it allowed to picnic?

It is forbidden to picnic inside the park given that visitors can find several places where to eat: sandwiches, home-made burgers, salads… Enjoy your meal!


Are the customers and visitors of the park insured?

Dock 79 has a liability insurance to cover the claims that come within the coverage of the insurance policy and protect the insured from the risk of liabilities. For instance: liability insurance regarding defects in materials or facility failures. The insurance does not cover damage resulting from a non-compliance with the safety rules by a visitor.


In which physical condition do I need to be to take part in your activities?

For the water activities, you must be able to swim. For the rest of the activities, you do not need to be a fit sportsman to enjoy them!


What kind of equipment should I bring?

For the BCP: a swimsuit/pair of swimming trunks, a towel. Swimsuits and wakeboards rental is possible. Safety vests are provided.

For MLF: comfortable and endurable clothes, trainers.

For the diving board: a swimsuit/pair of swimming trunks, a towel. Swimsuits and wakeboards rental is possible. Safety vests are provided.


Can I drop my children and then go away?

Whatever the activity chosen for your children, they need to be kept under your supervision until the age of 16. In fact, Dock 79 is not a day-care centre for children and we are not responsible for supervising your children. If you wish so, you can contact us to hire an activity supervisor.
